You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send something back. We just ask that items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Keep the original packaging where you can, and pop everything back in as you received it. It helps your return move through quickly and keeps your refund on track.

Once your return reaches our coastal warehouse, our team checks it over and processes your refund within 5 to 10 business days.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, and you’ll get an email the moment it’s done. Depending on your bank, it can take a couple of extra days to land in your account.

Most of our collection is happily returnable, but a few things can’t come back for hygiene and practical reasons: pierced earrings, intimates, and any item marked Final Sale at checkout.
